Warranty Policy

All parts and accessories sold by Mobile Pro Fix carry a warranty.

 

Warranty period is as follows:

All phone, laptop, computer parts - 6 months warranty

Original brand accessories – 1 Year warranty

Electrical accessories - No warranty 

All Batteries – 6 Months warranty

All other products – 6 months warranty (unless stated otherwise)

 

Note: Warranty covers any faults and defects in the product, however does not include physical damage, liquid damage or installation damage and any warranty will be void if such an issue is found.

Please contact us if there is any problem on your purchase or parts, once we have approved the return you can ship the items or take to our store.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refund is offered for the change of mind. We only accept product exchange or store credit as long as the package is un-opened and item has not been used.

Used & Refurbished Devices

There is only 3 months limited warranty on second hand/Refurbished devices. All our used devices are unlocked and fully tested to make sure all features working perfect. So we suggest you to test all functionals before leave our store. 

What does not warranty cover: Warranty does not cover and physical damage such as cracks(Screen & LCD Display), dent, smashed or liquid damaged also not covering consumable parts like charging port, battery, cameras and buttons and also any problem what happens to the motherboard if faulty/wrong charger cable/AC adapter has been used on the device. Warranty also not cover any software problem or personal data. 

What does warranty cover: Warranty does cover parts which is not working as it should or stoped working by itself.  Example some points of the touch screen not working. 

Faulty Products 

We offer a replacement or refund for any genuinely faulty products in 72 hours from purchase date if the product not working properly.

No Refund for physical damage, liquid damage or installation damage. 

Repair Warranty Policy

Please make sure you check your device on pick up before you leave our store to make sure the device issue is fixed and you’re happy with the repair process. No further claim is accepted if you leave without checking. 

Our warranty only covers the faulty parts which has been changed or repaired by our technicians.

All our repairs come with 6 months warranty on parts only. Warranty does NOT cover and void if part cracked/smashed/water damaged or Broken LCD(Display) accidentally or by customer. In the unfortunate event that you have an issue, please re-visit us to rectify the problem as we cannot accept warranty claims that have been fixed elsewhere and remove our warranty sticker without our consent. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of your personal data and urges customer to make sure all data is backed up before submitting the unit for repair.
